Toolkit

Want to get involved? Download the Wilderness Society’s helpful Bight Champions Toolkit for a whole bunch of suggestions for how to take action in your local community.

Bight fact sheet

Can you write a letter to your local council or election candidates in your electorate? Or perhaps to the editor of your local newspaper? Every voice counts in the lead up to the state election, so take a moment to put your thoughts into action! Here's a handy fact sheet to help you compose a letter full of punchy points on why the Great Australian Bight is too special to risk.

You could even go a step further an organise a meeting with your local councillors candidates to discuss your concerns in person - an even more powerful way to spark change in your community.
